· Hourly rate $150 with a minimum of 5 hours on site or working for you.

· When we travel to your location by ground, we charge $0.68 a mile from Cumby, Texas by vehicle or the actual airfare from Dallas if we fly.

· We charge actual hotel and ground transportation expenses if applicable.

· Phone meeting is $125 an hour and online meeting $135 an hour.

·  Assist you in setting up driver qualification files

· Provide a driver packet of required forms

· Store a copy on our database and monitor the driver files for driver license renewal, DOT physical expiration, and the driver Annual Review of his driving record 

· Run the driver’s initial driving record when hired

· Run drivers MVR annually as required and issue the drivers Annual Review paperwork

· Conduct new driver inquiries as required

· Monitor the DOT drug and alcohol testing program if you use our preferred drug and alcohol administrator and consortium

· We will inspect your third-party administrator or consortiums testing program

· Write your company’s DOT drug and alcohol education and testing policy

·  Create driver policies if needed.

· Answer questions by call, text, or email

· Assist you with a Data Q Challenge of a violation or citation we do not believe to be correct

· Challenge the preventability of an otherwise chargeable crash. (certain restrictions exist on crash challenges)

· Update and renew UCR, TXDMV, US DOT Biennial update as needed

· This plan is priced by the number of drivers a company has. Our team of experienced drivers and logistics experts work together to provide exceptional service to our clients. We are committed to safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Our Gold Plan three is the most comprehensive plan and is priced by location. This plan includes:

· Everything in plan two plus four onsite visits per year to assist you setting up your program and checking your compliance onsite or training your drivers or giving them required or needed instruction.

· Pre audit and post audit assistance, we will do our best to be onsite if DOT or a State Partner conducts an audit depending on the notice given by the DOT of their arrival.

· This plan's cost vary based upon the company's location, and the number of drivers and locations the company has.
